I have not personally used this site yet...but I did find a brother site which rates high school teachers. I have a teenager so this may be useful for his future!

Do you think this site has validity? It seems like anyone could post just about anything for a reason other than good! Furthermore could not a professor pose as a student and pump up his/her stats?

  2. Do you think this website will become a true source of information for students to use to learn more about their teachers or just become something like WIki, where its there but no one really wants to use it as a source.

  3. As the research quoted in my paper shows, the information on RMP correlates with instructor evaluations at the end of the semester. Anyone can use the site to rate professors, including the professors themselves. Despite the potential for misuse, I think the site is useful for finding which professors to avoid (e.g. a professor with nearly all negative comments over several years). More student use this site each semester, so the ratings should become increasingly accurate.
